So my BFF and fellow fab photographer Kelly Park says to me"Can you go with me to Florida and shoot". Let me get my purse, that's what I said. So not only was it spectacular weather but this couple was not only just great fun to be around, but really beautiful together. Had a wonderful time. Thanks Kelly for having me. And thanks Samantha and Tommy for a truly great photographic experience!! I wish the best to both of you!

The Wedding of Chris and Nicole

OK, first of all, I am publicly apologizing because this was a wedding from September that united two of the most wonderful people I have yet to meet, and my horrible blogging skills have brought me shame. Nicole and Chris are not only just beautiful, joyful people but I have never been treated with such sincere graciousness by a couple and thier families. I had a great time, it was a beautiful event, held at the breathtaking St.Albans Country Club.

I walked away inspired by these two!!! Thanks Nicole and Chris for being a part of my life.

I am richer for it.

The Wedding of Amber and Robert

I cant tell you what a joy it is to not only photograph people that are truly in love, but people who are as sweet and well grounded as these two. I have known Amber and Robert (and most of the wedding party) for several years and was honored when asked to shoot their wedding. We started out on a chilly day getting ready at the house, then off to Shaws Gardens where we made haste to the Tempurate House (its warm in there). Then it was off to the Tap Room for a little R&R before the ceremony and reception at Bevo Mill. Congrats you two!! You are truly meant for each other and I am happy to have been a part of that. As luck would have it I was accompanied by the fab Stephanie Raumschuh of Stevie Photography, which made the day even better. I love you my friend, thank you for all of your wonderful images!

Lets go to Florida!!!

Yes, a week ago I booked a trip to Florida for me and the girls at 10:00 at night. I believe it was 12 degrees. We left at 4:00 am the next morning. I think it was 10 degrees and falling.It might not have been the smartest move, but it was all worth it.
Winter.... not my favorite. Pictures of my girls running hand and hand down the beach, keeps me very, very warm.

Alexis and Ryan

Yet another beautiful bride, well the grooms pretty cute too. Great together, and despite the bitter cold, were real troopers getting pics in Old Town St. Charles. Congrats to Alexis and Ryan, and thanks for giving me another opportunity to shoot a beautiful wedding!!
